When I try to view the videos using Regular Quality, I am not able to see the videos.

Answer: For regular quality viewing, if you have Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above, you should have no problem viewing the video streams. You must have Java installed on your machine in order to view the videos. If you are not sure if you have Java installed, or if need to get Java, click here

I am using a Mac, and cannot view the videos.

Answer: Currently, our software is not compatible with some older version of the Mac operating system. Until recently, Apple did not work with our versions of Java and Microsoft video encoding. We have seen some success with Mac users that are using Safari as their web browser and have Java installed. These users are only able to view Regular Quality Viewing.
