When you visit our dog camp, you will quickly see that we are not like any other dog kennel or dog boarding facility you have ever seen! We have strived to build an environment where safety rules and a dog can be a dog. At our camp, dog daycare and dog boarding is a social experience for your best friend. which means the dogs are busy playing with other dogs that are of similar size and temperament in our indoor / outdoor play yards during the day. Overnight boarding dogs only return to their cabins for meals and bedtime. All of this fun activity is done under constant supervision of our caring, certified camp counselors sm. After a full day of work, do you feel guilty about not having the energy to play and walk your dog after after leaving your dog at home alone all day long? Does your dog tear up the trash when you leave them alone? Then dog daycare is the perfect solution. After a full day of playing, your dog will be ready to snuggle up and take a nap when you get home. Doggy daycare is included with all of our dog boarding friends at no extra charge.   Some of Our Dog Camp's Amenities:   5 Climate Controlled Indoor play areas We have five play yards so we can match your dog to a group with similar size, temperament and energy level. Each indoor play area is connected to it's own outside play area where the dogs are free to go inside and outside. 5 Outdoor play areas Where your dog will discover our play house and puppy paw pools. 12 Camper Cams Live, high speed web cameras so you can check in on your pup to see how much fun they are having at camp. Certified Camp Counselors Trained, caring camp counselors just like you may remember from your camp days; our counselors have a genuine love for our campers. They are trained in canine behavior, health, and first aid. Play all day, snooze the night away With all the activity during the day, your dog will look forward to kicking up those paws for a good night’s rest. Private cabin for overnight dog boarders Each camper bunks in a roomy private cabin. Oversized cabins accommodate campers with siblings staying, too. Comfy cot who could refuse a soft blanket on a cuddly cot? I’m feeling sleepy already. Nighttime Campfire treat A great way to end the day and start those sweet doggy dreams. Comforts of home Did you pack a backpack? Great! Your dog’s favorite items from home will mean a lot while away. Open 365 days a year! Keeping Camp Fun and Safe Besides having fun, we do have some other rules for all campers. Must be four months old or more Must be spayed or neutered if over six months old Up to date on all vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordatella) Have some kind of flea and tick prevention Heartworm preventative strongly recommended Camper should come with a leash and quick release collar Generally be in good health Pass the doggy interview We like to meet all our new doggy campers on an individual basis to make sure that Camp Bow Wow will be a good fit and fun for your dog. The interview is free and allows us to see how your pup will like Camp Bow Wow before joining us for a regular stay.
