Camp
Bow Wow Bergen / Elmwood Park
is a premier dog daycare and non-traditional dog boarding
kennel, which means the dogs are busy socializing and
playing all day and only go to their cabins at meal time and
bedtime.
If
you have to worry about your favorite pair of shoes or
furniture being chewed on while your busy at work or just
out running errands, then doggy daycare may be the
solution to your problems. At Camp Bow Wow, your dog will
Play All Day, Snooze The Night Away™.

Inside our dog daycare and boarding facility is
a combination of climate-controlled indoor and
outdoor play areas so that pups with similar
interests (constant play or simply a spectator),
temperament, age, and size can play together.
The outdoor campgrounds are separated as well
and offer a variety of rough-n-tough toys that
the dogs just love to play on. You can watch all
of the fun on our
web
cams!
Overnight boarders are assigned a private cabin
(although siblings are allowed to stay in the
same cabin) including a comfy bed and private
dining. To make sure our Campers do not get
homesick, we welcome you to bring a little piece
of home with them, such as their favorite toy,
pillow, or blanket (the other dogs will never
know!).
Your
dog will be well taken care of at all times by
our loving Camp Counselors which are
certified by the American Red Cross in pet first aid.

Of course there’s paperwork to be completed before
leaving your dog with us, but we promise to keep it
simple. Here’s a list of what you need to bring to
the pre-stay interview:
 |
Verification
of up-to-date vaccinations including Rabies,
Distemper, and Bordatella (cannine cough).
Bordatella must be administered with in 6
month of staying or visiting our camp. There
are no exceptions to these requirements, and
is for the safety and wellbeing of all of
our guests. |
 |
The name,
address, and phone numbers of an emergency
contact and your Veterinarian if you have
one you prefer to use.
|
That’s it! Just don’t forget to bring your
social, spayed/neutered dog with you when you
visit so we can meet.

YOUR PUP'S INTERVIEW TODAY!
201-797-DOGS
(3647)
Because the dogs socialize and play together, we will need about 15-20
minutes of your time for a socialization interview with
your dog. This is done to insure the safety of all
of the dogs. There is no charge for the interview. The process consists of us
introducing your dog to other campers in a controlled
environment to make sure our camp is the right fit.
Please make sure to bring the vaccination verification
discussed under the "Camp Rule". section above We
also require the dogs
wear a quick release collar. If you do not have one,
you may purchase a collar at camp. |
