Non-Holiday

  • Please be sure to book your boarding reservation at least 48 hours ahead of time. More notice is recommended when possible to ensure space is available.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for all holiday boarding, with the exception of Christmas and New Years. A 3-night minimum stay is required for Christmas & New Years boarding stays.
  • Holiday reservations must be paid for at time of check-in.

Day Care Packages

  • No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
  • For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
  • Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
