Elmwood Park Reservations

All campers must wear a Quick Release collar with

a name tag attached while at Camp.

Our reservation and cancellation policy:

  • Day Camp closed on Major Holidays. NEW YEAR’S DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY. Pick up and drop off service only for boarding clients.

Reservation for Non-Holiday

  • A two night deposit is required for all reservations, and will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation 
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
  • If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show for your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Reservations for Holidays

  • A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
  • Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • 3 calendar days notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive a full refund.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Please note that surcharges are added to overnight boarding prices during certain holidays throughout the year. 

Day Care  Packages

  • Day care package sales are final and are non-refundable.
  • No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows your camper play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours, please check our web site

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family sharing the same Cabin
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts
  • 401K-9  and Military discounts available only at regular pricing

Remember that you are responsible to get your dogs vaccines updated in a timely manner to comply with our entrance requirements, or campers will not be allowed to stay with us. We will send out reminders to your email when vaccines are expiring, if you are on our newsletter subscriber list

Bordetella:

All versions of Bordetella vaccines are accepted for camp services, expiration dates are set by your veterinarian.

Distemper:

1 or 3 year expiration as required by your veterinarian. Must be up to date, no wait time after vaccine is administered. Recent Titers tests are accepted for this vaccination, and must be repeated annually.

Rabies:

1 or 3 year expiration as required by your veterinarian. All campers Must be current with this vaccine, no wait time after vaccine is administered

Canine Influenza Vaccine:

It is highly recommended for both strains of this virus; we recommend that you get a bivalent version for your camper(s). Ask your veterinarian about the benefits of the CIV bivalent vaccine. All clients residing outside of New Jersey are required to have it done before coming for any services. All campers must have both boosters and annual revaccination.

Reminder about your campers food and medications:

Please pack extra food and medications (if your camper is on medications) for a few days, just in case you get delayed or your return plans change due to circumstances beyond your control. Some campers do not do well on our house food, and may not eat or get upset tummy. If you want your camper to eat our house food, you must sign a waiver and release form for us to feed your camper house food. All medications and supplements , regardless of what they are MUST be in original bottles/vials with name of the medication and campers name and dosages clearly written on them and a veterinarians note what they are for. Medications and supplements with out original vials will not be administered, this is OSHA regulation. Prescription medications can only be dispensed by your vet, please make sure your camper has enough medications while they stay with us.
