Dog Day Care Reservations

General Information

• Please make sure your Camper(s) wear quick release (pinch to open) collars and name tags to Camp. We have very good quality, reasonably priced quick release collars for sale in the lobby for your convenience.
• Campers must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations to enter camp.
• We do not require reservations for Day Camping.
• If you'd like your Day Camper to have a nap or eat lunch please ask. We will make every effort to do so if there is a cabin available. During the summer and holidays, we may not have open cabins.
• All Campers must be on a topical or monthly oral flea/tick preventative. Flea collars are not allowed in play yards.

Holidays

• We offer Day Camping seven (7) days per week except for major holidays. Major holidays are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Day Care Packages and Monthly Memberships

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase except extenuating circumstances (death of pet, excusable of camper)
• For package refunds within 30 days, day care days used will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Membership packages are automatically charged to the credit card on file at the anniversary date of the membership.

Dog Boarding Reservations

Boarding Notes

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts or boarding packages
• 401K-9, VIP & Military discounts available only at a full night’s rate

Non-Holidays

• Luxury Suites require a 2-night deposit at time of booking. All other cabins are first-come, first-serve.
• Deposits may be required from customers who have not shown for previous first-come, first-serve reservations.
• Deposits may be required for high-volume boarding such as Spring and Fall School Breaks.
• If a deposit is required, and we have not received it at least one-week before arrival your reservation will be cancelled.
• A $5.00 seasonal charge per dog will be added for Saturday-only boarding or reservation requests received after 5 pm the day before arrival.

Holidays

• Holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required for holiday periods to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 2-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we have not received a deposit for your reservation at least one week before your reservation, it will be cancelled.
• A $5.00 seasonal charge is due for each dog dropped off or picked up on the actual holiday.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to your planned arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Deposits for cancellations between 2 and 7 days prior to planned arrival will be available for use on a future reservation.
• Deposits for boarding reservations cancelled less than less than 2-days from planned arrival, including “no-shows” will be forfeited.

Boarding Check In/Check Out

CHECK IN: Check in as early as you'd like on your drop-off day so your Camper can enjoy more playtime! We recommend no later than 5:30 pm so that your Camper can play with his buddies before bedtime. If checking in after 4:00 pm, please make sure your Camper has had dinner before arrival.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 am the day of departure.. Your pup is welcome to stay and play for the remainder of the day and be can picked up anytime before close, but he will no longer have use of his cabin for rests or dinner.
