Middlesex Reservations
For all Boarding reservations longer than 1 night, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. Please note, that you will be charged for 1 Night of Boarding, if you fail to cancel your Boarding reservation at least 48 hours in advance OR if your reservation is within 3 days of a nationally recognized holiday (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.) your reservation must be cancelled 72 hours in advance. Failure to cancel a Boarding reservation as per the guidelines above, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to $50. Holiday boarding stays require a 2 night minimum and the deposit is $108.76. We do not issue refunds; account credit only.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.
A NSF charge of $25 applies to any returned checks / bounced checks.
Dog Daycare & Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Dog day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
- Dog boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Dog boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
