Naples Reservations

Please Note: The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However, reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at some Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Naples at (239) 352-2275 for specific details.

Non-Holiday

• A one-night deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. 
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and must turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a  credit in your account equal to the amount of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Payment for the balance of the boarding stay will be collected at pick-up.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays & Peak Dates

• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required for most major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests. A 4-night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Holiday reservations require a one-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
• 7 days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive an account credit equal to that of your deposit.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Please note that surcharges are added to overnight boarding price during certain peak dates throughout the year.

Day Care Packages

• Day care package sales are final and are non-refundable.
• Full Day Camp packages cannot be broken into half days.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours.

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
