Day Care Non-Holiday Policy

• We currently do not require reservations for dog day care.
• Day care is offered Monday through Saturday.
• CHECK-IN - Any time after 6:30 am (Mon-Fri) Anytime after 7:00 am (Saturday)
• CHECK-OUT - 6:45 PM

Day Care Holiday Policy

• If one of the following holidays falls on a weekday, we will follow our weekend hours. Sorry, no day care on these days.
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Overnight Boarding Non-Holiday Policy

• Deposits may be required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservations.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services

Overnight Boarding Holiday Policy

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Vaccination Requirements

Camp Bow Wow Tampa South Shore requires that all Campers receive the Bordetella vaccination every 6 months. This is in alignment with the latest scientific data provided by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and VCA's chief medical team. Florida’s heat and humidity levels are also factors used to determine our 6 month Bordetella vaccination requirement. 
Source: CBW Operations Manual. Individual Camps may choose to require Bordetella vaccinations more frequently than others due to local or environmental factors. Remember, no vaccination is 100% effective against Bordetella.
