Non-Holiday
- A one-night deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. Deposits are required to secure your reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your boarding reservation, your deposit will remain on your account with us for a future boarding stay or day care visit. We do not refund deposits.
- If you are a no-show or cancel we will keep your deposit as credit in your account.
- The remainder of the balance is due at drop-off. We do not refund payments.
- Medication, supplements/vitamins must be kept in the original container. Please note we are unable to administer injectables.
Holidays
- A minimum of at least two nights or more is required during the holidays.
- A $5 surcharge is imposed per dog per night for holiday overnight stays.
