Greensboro Reservations
Non-Holiday
- A one-night deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. Deposits are required to secure your reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, your deposit will remain on your account with us for a future boarding stay or daycare visit. We do not refund deposits.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- The remainder of the balance is due at drop-off. We do not refund payments.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- A holiday period is considered four days before and four days after the actual holiday.
- A three-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.

- Cancellations are required at least one week prior to the start of the holidays, you will be notified of the cancellation date at time of booking. We do not refund deposits.
