Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit on all stays 5 nights or more will be collected at the time you make your dog's boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits will be applied to the second half of the stay and will not be refunded in the event of an early departure.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 5 days or more prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel 4 days - 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a credit on your account for use on future services.
- If you are a no show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit the deposit.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- A 3 night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- A holiday period is considered 4 days before and 4 days after the actual holiday.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits will be applied to the second half of the stay and will not be refunded in the event of an early departure.
- If you cancel 14 or more days before your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel 6-13 days before your reservation, you will receive a credit back to your account to be used on future services.
- Any cancellations occurring within 5 days of the reservation will forfeit the entire deposit.
- We have limited hours and play time on major Holidays.
- Holiday Surcharge will take effect 1/4/2023. The $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night and no discount can be applied to the surcharge. The surcharge will be for the night before the holiday, the night of the holiday, and the night after the holiday. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are holidays that will have the surcharge added.
Dog Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- Dog Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
